Do you want to make changes in your life because you are interested in taking care of your well-being, but at the same time you can't find a way to start or keep it within the rhythm you have?
Does taking care of yourself and having healthy habits sound like a monumental task that requires you to stop your life and retire to a mountain or some paradisiacal destination to achieve it?
This cycle is intended toexperiment with simple toolsthat can support you to take care of your well-being and precisely, return to you.
To a balance that allows you to feel calm despite the sometimes chaotic circumstances of daily life.
For 11 days I am going to share with you some of the tools that have served me on my own path.
Meditations, breathing exercises and other simple but powerful practices to connect with you and your ability to give yourself what you need to be in balance.
some background
My path of seeking well-being formally began when I approached yoga. There the questions I had about myself, life and the inability to feel good physically and emotionally that I lived, began to take on a certain order or meaning and a whole process of encounter and transformation began.
10 - 11 years later, of which I dedicated 4 to my training as a yoga teacher and 7 to sharing this practice, I find myself at a time when I have the ability to take care of my well-being and return to myself when I need it.
In addition to yoga, I have been fortunate to come across more disciplines and tools through courses, workshops, private consultancies, personal therapies, authors, coaching processes, daily encounters and more experiences, which include areas such as nutrition, movement, body care, natural medicine, healthy habits, emotional management and more topics related to comprehensive well-being.
In May 2020, together with Joanna Gonzales, colleague and dearest friend, I launched the first edition of this cycle totally focused on the emotional and mental work that we felt was necessary in those moments of collective uncertainty.
On this occasion, what I share with you is the result and part of my personal process that includes these and other areas, with which I want to support you to take charge of your own path.
